ไก่ต้มฟักมะนาวดอง

อากาศเย็น ๆ มาทำไก่ต้มฟักมะนาวดองกันค่ะ ซดร้อน ๆ  ชุ่มคอ อร่อยมากเลยค่ะ



ส่วนผสมและเครื่องปรุง

น่องไก่ 4 น่อง (ใช้ไก่ตามชอบได้ค่ะ)

มะนาวดอง   1ลูก  พร้อมน้ำ

ผงซุปก้อนไก่ 1 ก้อน

กระเทียม 3-4 กลีบ

พริกไทยเม็ดบุบ 1 ชช.

ซีอิ้วขาว 2-3 ชต.

เห็ดหอมแช่น้ำ 3-4 ดอก

รากผักชี หรือ ก้าน 3 ก้าน

ฟักหั่นชิ้นพอคำ 200 กรัม



Ingredients

4   Chicken drumstick

1 pickled Lime and juice

3 cup chicken broth

3 cloves gsrlic

1 tsp bround blackpepper

2-3 tbsp soy sauce

3-4 dried mushroom

3 cilantro stemed

200 g Winter melon
