น้ำพริกแกงน้ำยาปู South curry paste

น้ำพริกทำน้ำยาปักษ์ใต้  รสเผ็ดจัดจ้าน สีสรรค์สวยด้วยสีเหลืองของขมิ้น
ทำน้ำยาปู หรือเป็นส่วนผสมของเครื่องแกงอื่น ๆ ก็อร่อยคะ

ส่วนผสมและเครื่องปรุง


พริกแห้งแช่น้ำ 20-30 เม็ด

ข่าซอย 2 ชต.

ตะไคร้ 2 ต้น

ผิวมะกรูด 1 ชต.

กระชาย 3 ชต.

หอมแดง 5 หัว

กระเทียม 10 กลีบ

พริกไทย 1 ชต.

กะปิ 1 ชต.

ขมิ้นสด 2 ชต.

เกลือ 1 ชต.



Ingredients

Dried chili 20-30

Garlangal 2 tbsp

Lemongrass 2

Kaffir lime skin 1 tbsp

fingers roots 3 tbsp

Shallot 5

Garlic 10 clove

Pepper corn 1 tbsp

Shrimp paste 1 tbsp

Turmeric 2 tbsp

salt 1 tbsp
