หมูหวาน เป็นอาหารที่ทานคู่กับอาหารอย่างอื่น ๆ ก็อร่อย หรือจะทานกับข้าวสวย
ข้าวเหนียวก็อร่อย ทำง่าย เด็ก ๆ ชอบคะ

Sweet pork condiment Moo Wan

Simmered pork with palm sugar and orher ingredients until well combined,

you will get sweeten pork that have sweet taste and nice smell.

It can be used with another menu, Chili paste fried rice or kapi paste fried
rice.

Sweet pork can keep for long time and easily eat with just steamed plain rice


 500 g. streaky pork

150 g. Palm sugar

5 shallots

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

2 thin soy sauce

1 Golden Mountin sauce





เครื่องปรุง

500 g หมูสามชั้น

150 g น้ำตาลปี๊บ

 3 หัวหอมแดงซอย

1 ชต. น้ำมันพืช

2 ชต. น้ำเปล่า

2 ชต. ซีอิ้วหวาน

2 ชต. ซีอิ้วขาว

1 ชต.ซอสปรุงรสฝาเขียว
