แกงจืดไข่น้ำ Eggs soup

Eggs Soup is a nice and easy menu that everyone can cook it. Fry eggs boiled
in clear soup untill done and that is all for this menu.

ไข่น้ำ เป็นแกงจืดที่ง่ายต่อการทำมากมากเลยคะ แค่ทอดไข่ใส่ไปในน้ำแกงจืดก็เสร็จ



ไข่น้ำ

2 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp thin soy sauce

1 spring onion

1 cariander

1teasp pepper



เครื่องปรุง

2 ไข่ไก่

1/2 ถ. น้ำมันสำหรับทอดไข่

1 ชต. ซีอิ้วขาว

1 ต้น ต้นหอม

1 ต้น ผักชี

1/2 ชช. พริกไทย
